Delicate floral aromas and spice fruitiness which unfold into flavours of peach and ripe apple

Villa Teresa Pinot Grigio
Made from organically grown grapes. Dry and lively with hints of green apple. Light and refreshing on the palate.

Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
Intense aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus flavors. Light to medium bodied. Clean finish

Bourgogne Chardonnay
Dry and un-aoked with notes of marzipan and acacia flowers. Almon complexity on the finish. 

Quails Gate Chenin Blanc
Crisp in the mouth with fruit flavours that stay fresh and vibrant. The first sip is sweet with peach and citrus notes, while the finish is dry and juicy. 

Lake Breeze Pinot Blanc
Light intensity, notes of grapefruit, pear and butter.  Palate explodes with intense flavors of fresh peach and citrus fruit. Medium acidity.

Mt. Boucherie Riesling
Fresh aromas and flavours of Mandarin Oranges, ripe apples, clover, and honey.



Chamdeville Blanc de Blanc Brut
Made with Chardonnay. Soft minerality with apple expression and a touch of buttery appeal with a clean crisp finish.

Villa Teresa Organic Prosecco
Aromas of honeysuckle, vibrant citrus and sweet white peach. Good fruit concentration and a crisp finish. 

Sumac Ridge Stellar's Jay Brut
Crisp fruit and citrus blossom aromas. Toasted nut and red berry flavours, with a soft and creamy finish.



Jean Bousquet Malbec
Made from organically grown grapes. Aromas of blackberry combined with spicy black pepper, black currant, and cassis. Silky tannins with a plush finish.

Errazuriz Max Reserva Cab Sauv
Lush fruit notes of tart cherries and strawberries with toasted black pepper aromas. Well structired with good acidity. 

Kim Crawford Pinot Noir
Cherries, strawberries and red fruit nose with similar fruit expression. Earthy on the palate with velvety tannin and lively acidity.

Aromas of cassis and currants complemtns the spice and oak in this medium-bodied wine

Beso De Vino Syrah-Garnacha
Blackcherry and blueberry aromas lead to a dense, plush, savory wine. Medium body with fine tannins, and a nice dose of acidity.

Chapel Hill Shiraz
Hints of star anise and blueberries hit the nose intitially. Decadent satsuma plum elegantly finishes the palate. Firm tannins. 

Mt. Boucherie Merlot
Smooth and well balanced with aromas and flavours of vanilla, mocha, and red berries. Medium tannin with a dark chocolate palate.

Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon
