Superb, loved the attention given to the dogs stay as well as the humans! nice touches for attentive dog owners. Staff casual polite and friendly can't fault any of them. Kitchen well equipped with pots & pans. Anything we wanted extra was trouble. Would recommend this hotel and stay again.

I love the fact that you offer Free Trade coffee, and that you are environmentally and LGBT friendly!! I will definitelyl stay at Oswego again because of that. My husband and I enjoyed a very quiet, relaxing night at the Oswego, and the view from the 6th floor facing the harbour was spectacular. Understated, eco-friendly and LGBT-friendly elegance!

We are three days into a nine day stay and we could not be happier. The room (two bedroom standard suite) is just amazing. Love, love the layout - feels like a luxury condo. Kitchen was so well stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, etc. that I was able to prepare a full meal for my family, with six of us eating comfortably around the kitchen bar. Staff and service is excellent. We will be back! Highly recommended. ..oh, and cannot thank you enough for the complimentary Wi-Fi and parking!

We stayed at the Oswego for four nights before going on to Vancouver. The suite we had was superb, all we needed for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly especially our server at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I wouldn't want to spell her name incorrectly as it was of Irish origin, but it sounded like Cweevsha. She definitely stood out for us, friendly efficient and attentive! The location was ideal for us too, near the places we wanted to visit, but just far enough off the beaten track. After many years of travelling to Canada and the US from Scotland the Oswego is way up at the top of our list of favourite places to stay. I have to say a huge thank too, to our travel expert at North American Travel in Edinburgh for his personal recommendation of the Oswego.

I have been coming to Victoria now for the past two years visiting my 18 year old son who plays hockey with the Royals. I come every 6 weeks and stay at least a week at a time. I have stayed at all the major hotels here and finally found The Oswego and "my home away from home". Love the spacious kitchens, big baths, great restaurant, free Wifi, amazing location close to other great restaurants, grocery stores, blocks from Ocean walk and my dog Gigi and I love that Oswego caters to Pets! Soooo Friendly!!! The staff are all amazing and accomodating! Thank you Oswego See you Next Time!! Jennifer and Gigi

When you walk through the door it feels like home. It is still a hotel and has all the feel of one as well. A very clean spot and I very much value that a news paper is dropped out side the door in the morning. Few hotels offer that service any more. A special little hotel. The Bistro needs a bit of improvement with some of the items on the menu but over all a great place to stay!

Being a young family, we have very few vacations a year. We have come back to the Oswego every year since it opened because of the superior service, friendly staff and especially for the clean - modern rooms. Victoria is a beautiful city, but most hotels here are laden with flowery bedspreads, doilies and other decorations stolen from Grandma's house. The rooms at the Oswego are open, airy and make us feel like we're far away from our regular life. The staff are always accomodating and kind. It's a perfect place to stay on the island!

We were never so happy as to find an hotel so welcoming and warm, especially to our best friends "Hamish and Tango". Such a dog friendly hotel is very hard to find. The room, the soft beds, the lovely hot shower....all excellent. We are looking forward to our return visit to The Oswego in the very near future.
